Recently, four of my staff members and I attended the Brisa Gel Enhancement class with Melissa Pechey. We felt that the information presented during the class was very thorough in teaching us how to use the Brisa gel system. Melissa answered all of questions and walked us through the entire procedure. She was very focused and kept the entire class on track. She observed us working on each other, made suggestions and corrected our techniques if necessary. We also observed her technique when she applied the gel on her own model, so that we could follow her lead. We felt confident by the end of class that we could leave and use the system effectively. She is an exceptional instructor, very professional and skillful. She has a lot of knowledge regarding gel nails, but also about the passion and success of being a nail professional. I wanted to thank you for the amazing class... I learned so much
and all your tips helped immensely. I was so motivated I not only went right
home and practiced dropping beads on wax paper but I woke up insanely early and
had to wait around for Ace to open so I could purchase a new brush and many
other supplies.
From your class I was able to figure out all the things I was
doing wrong. The new brush helped a lot as well as not dipping it too far into
the powder. My beads are coming up perfect now. I was having trouble with the
beads not sticking to the tips I was using and filing them beforehand made all
the difference.
The thing that helped me the absolute most though was product.
What I was using previously was another product that was of far inferior quality
and very hard to work with. I played with the Creative liquid and powder for a
good chunk of today and had fun...
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the education and if
you’re teaching any other classes in the area and need any help carrying
bags (even though you do have that handy carrier) feel free to contact me. I am
looking forward to attending the next class you have... and
hopefully by then I will be doing full sets on paying customers.

| Dear Melissa,
I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Custom Blends class at the Paramount show today. You are an awesome educator and I really feel like I have a strong grasp on the Custom Blends concept. I have been practicing for 3 hours on different combos! Since I have off tomorrow, and the children are in school, I plan on creating some nail art, as well.
After giving us advice on technique, I am inspired to hone my skills. I plan on taking the L&P class to gain a fresh perspective. Thanks for answering ALL of my questions. I left today feeling confident in knowing I can provide this service to my clients.( They are just as excited as I am!).
