Technologically advanced Pigmented powders are custom blended and mixed with a liquid to form a coating that I apply to the surface of your nails. I will create Signature shades especially for you – to complement your skin tone, to match a lip or dress color; they can be matte or shiny, glimmery, sheer or opaque according to your choice.
